Crusher Liners
Ma'anshan Ona Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a specialized foundry and leading supplier of wear-resistant crusher parts and comprehensive assemblies. We manufacture a complete product range, from core wear components like jaw plates, mantle and bowl liner, blow bars, and hammers to critical mechanical assemblies including adjustment rings, head assemblies, and main frames. (ONA is not limited to the following brands. If you have other needs, please contact us for confirmation).

The jaw plates are the most critical wear parts in a jaw crusher. They consist of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate, which together form a "V"-shaped crushing chamber. The material is crushed directly within this chamber through compression and splitting. The performance of the jaw plates directly determines the crushing efficiency, product particle size and shape, energy consumption, and operating costs of the entire machine.
ONA jaw plate models include the following suit for Metso: C125, C80, C140, C3054, C110, C100, C106, C116, C80B, C160, C145, C120, C110, C96, C200, C150, C130.

Crusher mantle are a general term for all replaceable wear plate components installed in the inner cavity of a crusher. They act as a protective and working medium between the material being crushed and the metal structure of the equipment. As a "consumable barrier," their core value lies in protecting the core structure of the main machine through planned wear, converting the mechanical energy of the equipment into effective work for crushing the material, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the crusher, and reducing long-term operating costs.

The stationary concave and the movable concave are the core wear-resistant components that form the crushing chamber in a cone crusher. They work together to perform the crushing operation. The stationary cone liner is fixedly installed within the liner (or adjustment ring) of the main frame, forming an inverted conical fixed inner wall. Its surface is usually designed with a gentle curve, primarily serving as a guide and for secondary crushing. The movable cone liner is fastened to the high-speed rotating movable cone body, and its surface is designed with a steeper curve. It is the main force-applying component, driven by an eccentric sleeve to perform a gyratory motion, continuously compressing, impacting, and bending the material within the crushing chamber.
Both are cast from high-manganese steel or a stronger, tougher alloy steel. Through precise chamber design, they ensure that the material undergoes multiple stages of crushing as it moves from top to bottom, ultimately reaching the desired particle size before being discharged from the bottom. They are critical wear parts that determine crushing efficiency, product particle shape, and equipment capacity.
ONA concave models include the following suit for Metso: GPIIF, GP550, GP1I00, GP100, GPI00S, GPIIM, GP200S, GP300S, GP220, SG4265, CH660, GP500S, GP300, SG60110, SG4265, SG5474, GP220, GP330.
Suit for Sandvik: H2800, H3800, H4800, H6800, H7800, H8800, S2800, S3800, S4800, S6800, CH420/H2800, CH430/H3800, CH440/H4800, CH660/H6800, CS430/S3800, CS440/S4800, CS660/S6800.

The crusher arm guard is a critical wear-resistant protective component installed inside the crushing chamber, primarily used to withstand the direct impact and intense friction of materials. It is typically made of high-manganese steel, ultra-high chromium alloy, or composite wear-resistant materials, possessing extremely high hardness and toughness. Its back is designed with reinforcing ribs or anchoring structures, which not only greatly enhances the overall rigidity and deformation resistance of the plate, preventing fracture under immense impact, but also ensures a secure connection to the machine body.
The arm guard directly protects the crusher's main frame from wear and tear, and is a core wear part that determines the equipment's service life, maintenance cycle, and production costs. Excessive wear requires timely replacement to maintain optimal crushing efficiency and protect the core equipment.
ONA arm guard models include the following suit for Metso: HP100, HP200, HP300, HP400, HP500, HP800, HP4, HP6, GP220, GP330, GP550, MP800, MP1000, SG4265.
Suit for Sandvik: CH660, H6800.
