We will scientifically recommend the most suitable material solution based on the characteristics of the crushed material (such as hardness, abrasiveness) , impact load strength, working environment (temperature, humidity), and production capacity requirements if the customer is unsure about material selection. Whether it's high-manganese steel with excellent impact toughness and work-hardening properties, high-chromium cast iron suitable for high-stress abrasive conditions, or inlaid alloys that balance matrix toughness and extreme surface wear resistance, we will provide you with multiple options.

 

3. Appearance and Logo Customization: We support personalized customization of product color, logo, casting number, etc., to enhance brand recognition for you. During the production process, we will proactively provide physical photos or videos at key stages (such as after moulding and painting) to ensure that the customized effect is exactly as you expect.

After-Sales Service: After your goods are shipped, we will continuously update the logistics status and provide complete customs clearance document support to ensure your goods arrive smoothly and on time. We will also prepare and provide a complete set of customs clearance documents in advance (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any necessary compliance declarations) based on your country/region's import regulations to prevent delays and ensure a smooth handover. During use, if you need assistance with installation, commissioning, or daily operation, our support team can provide remote assistance via video call or provide detailed step-by-step illustrated guides to clarify operating procedures, torque specifications, or alignment adjustments. If any abnormal performance or potential product issues arise, simply share photos or short videos of the problem.
