Impact (HSI) Crusher Parts

The Impact Crusher (also known as the counterattack crusher or impact crusher) is a core equipment in modern sand-making and medium-to-fine crushing processes. Its working principle relies on a high-speed rotating rotor driving the hammers to strike materials, causing them to break under the impact force. Subsequently, the materials undergo repeated collisions on the impact plates, resulting in an ideal particle shape. Known for its high crushing ratio, excellent product shape (with a high proportion of cubic particles), and relatively low energy consumption, this equipment is widely used in the production of manufactured sand, as well as in the building materials, metallurgy, and mining industries. It is the preferred machine for producing high-quality aggregates in the construction of high-grade highways, hydropower projects, and commercial concrete mixing plants.

The blow bar also known as a striking hammer or impact hammer, is the core working component of impact crushers and vertical shaft impact crushers. It uses the kinetic energy generated by high-speed rotation to violently impact the material entering the crushing chamber, causing it to be crushed or shaped

Analysis of Impact Crusher Hammer Material(Martensitic ceramic inlay design drawing   Eg: NP1415)

1. High-manganese steel: MN13CR2, MN18R2, and MN22CR2(Suitable for extremely cold regions). Advantages include excellent toughness, impact resistance, and resistance to breakage. Disadvantages include lower wear resistance compared to high-chromium steel.

2. High-chromium steelCR22 or Cr26. Advantages include excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Disadvantages include poor toughness, high brittleness, and higher cost.

3. Materials with added molybdenum include: CR27MO0.5, CR27MO1, and CR27MO2.

4. Other materials: Depending on the application environment and requirements, titanium carbide, ceramic materials, and other materials can be added to extend service life. Although these materials are relatively expensive, their overall cost-effectiveness is significant.

In addition to manufacturing, ONA can also repair products

Measuring rotor bearing housing vibration values: Vibration sensors are used to measure the vibration velocity or displacement of the bearing housing in the horizontal and vertical directions to determine the rotor balance and bearing wear. This is a key indicator for preventive maintenance.

Crusher rotor repair refers to the systematic repair work performed on the core rotating components of a crusher. It mainly includes:

1. Wear repair: Repairing worn areas of the rotor body and hammer disc/impact plate by welding with wear-resistant electrodes to restore their original dimensions and shape.

2. Dynamic balancing: After repair or replacement of the hammer discs, dynamic balancing testing and correction must be performed on specialized equipment to prevent severe vibration during operation.

3. Structural inspection and reinforcement: Inspecting the rotor shaft, keyway, and locking device for cracks, deformation, or wear, and reinforcing or replacing them as needed.

4. Bearing housing and seal inspection: Replacing bearings, inspecting bearing housing mating surfaces, updating seals, and ensuring the lubrication system is intact.

5. Core objective: To restore the rotor's geometric dimensions, structural strength, and dynamic balance performance at a cost far lower than replacing it with a new rotor, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
