The Jaw Crusher is a core primary crushing equipment widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, and other fields. It features a robust structure and a straightforward and efficient working principle: it mainly consists of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate forming a crushing chamber. An electric motor drives an eccentric shaft via a pulley, causing the movable jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion. When material enters the chamber, it is crushed by compression and splitting forces as the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate; when the movable jaw plate moves away, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom discharge opening under gravity. The final particle size of the product can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge opening.

This type of machine is known for its simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and strong adaptability, and can handle various types of ores and rocks with compressive strengths not exceeding 320 MPa. Due to its large crushing ratio and high production efficiency, it is the preferred equipment for primary crushing of solid materials, laying an important foundation for subsequent processing operations.
