1. Technical expertise: ONA has 5 engineers with more than 10 years of experience working at Metso and Sandvik. They have rich experience in on-site guidance and can pinpoint the problem and provide professional advice and technical guidance for on-site equipment problems.
2. Remote guidance: For overseas users, ONA provides remote technical guidance such as telephone, video, instruction manual, etc. Many customers are afraid of choosing aftermarket parts because they do not understand the technical problems of the machine. At ONA, we can provide the same or even faster service as the original foundry.
