The Core Functions of the Crusher Drilled Block
The drilled block is a critical control module within the crusher's hydraulic system. Its imported brands valves are essential for optimizing performance and protection, primarily through four key functions:
1. Optimize Material Flow & Throughput
By precisely regulating the valve opening, the drilled block controls the feed rate into the crushing chamber. This ensures an optimal, steady flow that maximizes crushing efficiency and output while significantly reducing the risk of blockages and material overload.
2. Regulate Crushing Chamber Pressure
The block adjusts the hydraulic pressure within the crushing chamber, directly influencing the crushing force applied to the material. Maintaining the correct pressure is crucial for achieving a well-shaped, high-quality final product and ensuring thorough fragmentation.
3. Provide Overload & Tramp Iron Protection
The system offers critical equipment protection. In the event of an uncrushable object or a sudden overload, the valves within the drilled block can react instantly—either by relieving pressure or shifting position—to prevent serious damage to the crusher's internal components.
4. Enable Operational Flexibility
The adjustable nature of the drilled block allows the crusher to be finely tuned for a wide range of materials and production requirements. This flexibility ensures peak performance whether processing soft or extremely hard, abrasive ores, making the machine highly adaptable to diverse operational environments.
