The cone crusher is a core piece of equipment for medium and fine crushing of materials with medium to high hardness. Its working principle is based on layered crushing; the mantle cone, driven by an eccentric sleeve, performs a gyratory motion, causing the material in the crushing chamber to be crushed by compression and impact. Its main components include the socker liner, main, countershaft, eccentric bushing, and hydraulic adjustment system. The equipment is known for its high crushing efficiency, superior particle shape, and stability, and the product particle size can be controlled by adjusting the discharge opening size. Regarding the daily maintenance of cone crushers

Routine Maintenance: Weekly Inspection.

• Check the wear of the liner plates and distribution plate.

• Lubricate the adjustment ring with grease.

• Check the tension of the V-belts.

• Check the tightness of the distribution plate bolts.

• Check if the indicator lights on the hydraulic station control box are working properly.

• Check the wear of the horizontal shaft frame, reinforcing plates, counterweight guard plates, movable cone, and main frame.
