In ONA Casting, our engineers will lead management trainees to assemble more than 20+ eccentric assy. Also we still provide assemble head assembly, bowl assembly, eccentric gear assy, etc.
Today let's take a gander to see how did ONA Casting assemble the eccentric assy.
Let's take a look at the eccentric steel sleeve first.
I believe that everyone often sees the front of the eccentric sleeve, but is it rare to see the bottom?
Install the thrust bearing on the bottom of the eccentric steel sleeve by tightening the bolts.
The eccentric bushing, previously cooled with dry ice, was then inserted into the eccentric using an interference fit.
Before this, the dimensions of the eccentric and eccentric bushing were ensured to fit perfectly.
Our engineers patiently explained the process before the workers began, sharing their experience.
Every employee at ONA has a wealth of knowledge about the products and can provide customers with perfect service!
Pour the eccentric bushing locking compound directly into the eccentric and the eccentric sleeve and wait for it to solidify.
How about assembling the eccentric steel sleeve assembly? Isn't it simple? The complete video tutorial will be released next week, so stay tuned!
