Preparation:

Use sandpaper to roughen the t-shaped seal installation surface, apply glue and catalyst, and place the seal installation groove.
Prepare a sealed and cold-insulated container with a volume that can hold the upper head bushing, the lower head bushing, and the head ball.
Prepare fifty to seventy kilograms dry ice and pour it into a wooden box to freeze for four to six hours. If the ambient temperature is low, increase the amount of dry ice and the freezing time.
Use stretch film and bubble film to seal the wooden box to achieve better cooling effect.

The function is use the interference fit method to reduce the size of the accessory to a size that can accommodate the head.

Assembly steps:

First, install the frozen cylindrical pin into the head.
Secondly, measure the position of the bottom hole of the head ball and the position of the cylindrical pin in advance. Lift out the frozen head ball, quickly measure the outer diameter, compare it with the size of the head installation position to see if it reduced size, and quickly install the head.
Thirdly, lift out the frozen upper head bushing in the same way, quickly measure the outer diameter and compare it with the size of the installation position. lift it to the installation position and install it. Welding movable head bushing stopper.
Fourth, lift out the frozen lower head bushing, quickly measure the outer diameter and compare it with the size of the installation position, lift it to the installation position and install it.
Finally, apply thread glue to the lower head bushing fixing bolt, screw it in and tighten it.
