The ONA Barmac crusher impact rotor tip set features a three-piece design, for example, ONA-B96394049G, which includes three taper bolt (ONA-B96394052D), tip split red hard hanger (ONA-B96394047G) and three dedicated copper washers (ONA-B96394053A). The impact rotor tip set uses high-quality tungsten carbide blades embedded in a high-chromium alloy steel matrix, responsible for high-speed impact crushing of materials; the copper washers provide cushioning and sealing; and the bolts ensure a secure connection. This assembly is a complete set, allowing for precise matching and easy installation without additional accessories, effectively reducing downtime. The ONA rotor tip set assembly is suitable for stone shaping and sand-making operations in quarries and aggregate processing plants.
ONA supplies a complete set of wear-resistant parts for Barmac crushers. From the moment the material enters the crushing chamber, the feed pipe guides the material into the rotor. After being evenly distributed by the distribution plate, the material is thrown out at high speed by the main throwing tip, while the auxiliary throwing tip provides auxiliary protection to prevent damage to the rotor body. Wear-resistant plates in various parts (including upper wear plates, lower wear plates, and feed ring) provide all-round protection for the rotor assembly, resisting the impact and wear of the material.
The recommended replacement interval for ONA rotor tip is 5–10 days; however, actual service life depends on operating conditions and on-site wear inspections. It is recommended to determine the replacement timing flexibly based on the wear status observed during regular inspections.
