ONA’s bronze parts serve as the critical interface between the main shaft and eccentric assembly. They support the rotating shaft, absorb heavy radial and axial loads, and reduce friction during continuous crushing operations. Designed as sacrificial wear parts, they protect the more expensive main shaft and frame from direct metal-to-metal contact. ONA Bronze Parts
ONA bronze parts are made of high-lead bronze, which is self-lubricating and anti-seize. They are also centrifugally cast to form a dense structure and CNC precision machined to OEM standards, making them directly interchangeable without the need for repairs.
In addition to bronze parts, ONA also supplies a full range of wear-resistant and structural parts suitable for Telsmith crushers, including main shaft nut, torch ring, mantle-upper, feed plates, fixed jaw plates, and moving jaw plates. All parts are manufactured to OEM standards and are compatible with the entire range of SBS, SBX, and T-Series models. It also supports customized production based on drawings or existing parts to meet customer needs.
