Material commonly supplied: Mn18Cr2 (sometimes Mn13Cr2 or Mn22Cr2); more commonly for high-abrasion applications, TIC (Tungsten Carbide Insert) composite liners. TIC liners have tungsten carbide rods inserted into the high-manganese steel, dramatically increasing wear life in abrasive conditions. Cast finish, machined fit.
