We believe that thorough testing is the only way to guarantee reliable performance in the field.Advanced Testing Equipment Our in‑house laboratory and workshop are equipped with a complete range of modern testing instruments: Composition Analyzers: We use advanced spectrometry to verify the exact chemical makeup of high manganese steel and bronze alloys, ensuring every batch meets the required material standards for wear resistance and impact strength. Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors: These instruments scan for internal cracks, voids, or inclusions deep inside castings, detecting hidden flaws that surface inspection cannot reveal.Colour Flaw Detectors (dye penetrant): A liquid dye is applied to the surface to expose microscopic cracks, porosity, or other defects invisible to the naked eye, guaranteeing defect‑free surfaces.   Three‑dimensional Coordinate Detectors To ensure every critical dimension matches the OEM drawing with high precision and traceability. Hardness Testers To confirm that the material meets the required specifications (e.g., work‑hardened surface after impact). Roughness Meters To check the smoothness of mating surfaces, which directly affects lubrication and wear life.   Inspection Reports & CertificatesEvery batch of castings is inspected at multiple stages: incoming raw material, during machining, and before final anti‑rust treatment and packing.
