Product Introduction

The Tightening Wedge in the crusher is a key component for adjusting the clearance between the crushing surfaces. Installed above the movable and fixed jaws, it facilitates easy and precise adjustment of the crusher's discharge opening, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. The wedge is designed to be durable, easy to operate, and wear-resistant. Its robust construction allows for efficient tightening and loosening, enabling quick adjustments to achieve the desired product size. And the wedge will be inspected for bolt holes before delivery and tested with bolts.

There are three main types of wedges: Tightening wedge, fill wedge, and fastening item.

1. Tightening wedge: Installed on the upper portion of the movable and fixed jaws. Split jaws also have wedges in the middle, and the upper and middle wedges are generally trapezoidal.

2. Fill wedge: Installed on the upper portion of the movable and fixed jaws to fill the gap between the fastening wedges and the jaws.

3. Fastening item: It's for both the movable and fixed jaws. Tightens the jaws at a specific angle, locked with bolts.
