Product Details

The return rod plays a crucial role in crusher operation. Made of alloy steel, it's installed at the rear end of the jaw crusher. Its function is to lock the discharge opening securely after the equipment adjusts it, using the return rod and spring. It acts as a "stabilizer" for the crusher. One end is hinged to an earring at the bottom of the movable jaw, while the other end passes through a lug on the frame wall. It's tensioned by a spring and nut, ensuring a tight connection between the movable jaw and the toggle plate, ensuring stable and efficient crusher operation.
