The main shaft assembly is the structural backbone of cone crushers suitable for Sandvik CH and CS series. Its head center is hydraulically press-fitted onto the shaft in a controlled workshop—not assembled in the field—eliminating concentricity errors that could damage the shaft. The shaft is forged from vacuum-degassed alloy steel for fatigue resistance; the head center is cast and heat-treated. This forged-cast combination matches each section's stress profile. We hydraulic press-fit in our workshop and verify concentricity before shipment. Field assembly is not required.
3: Do you provide inspection reports with the assembly?
Yes. Dimensional inspection and hardness reports are standard. Assembly dimension inspection is available on request.
