  The adjustment ring is a core functional component of the cone crusher, enabling precise control of product particle size and overload protection.It is installed on the upper part of the main frame and is threaded onto the stationary cone assembly. Main Functions 1.Improving product quality: By precisely adjusting the discharge opening size, uniform particle size distribution is ensured. 2.Reducing maintenance costs: Automatic wear compensation extends the service life of the liner plates, ensuring the normal operation of the crusher and the stability of the product particle size. 3.Protecting equipment safety: When encountering unbreakable foreign objects that cause overload, the adjustment ring can move to release some of the pressure, preventing damage to critical components due to excessive pressure and further protecting the equipment's safety. 4.Installation and fixation: Providing the hardware foundation for remote monitoring and automated crushing, the adjustment ring plays a role in installing and fixing the stationary cone liner in the cone crusher.
