1ONA supplies high-quality bowl liners and mantles suitable for Telsmith cone crushers, covering models such as 36FC, 48FC, 44SBS, 57SBS, and K300+. The bowl liner (concave) and mantle work together to define the crushing chamber geometry – Fine, Medium or Coarse – which directly influences product size and throughput. All ONA liners are cast from high manganese steel, available in Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2 and Mn22Cr2 grades. The work-hardening property of manganese steel delivers exceptional wear resistance, extending service life in abrasive mining and quarrying applications.
Important Note: For cone crushers suitable for Telsmith, the same base model number, such as 44SBS, may have multiple variants including FC (Fine Crushing), S (Standard), and SBX configurations. Each variant uses different concave and mantle part numbers. To ensure a perfect match, ONA strongly recommends that customers provide the original OEM part number or crusher serial number when placing an order.
