Wear Assessment and Replacement Guidelines
- Key Inspection Areas: The discharge erosion zone at the bottom edge of the liner plate experiences the fastest wear.
- Replacement Criteria: Replacement is mandatory when the liner wears down to the minimum allowable thickness, develops cracks, or exhibits bolt hole deformation; continued operation after wearing through is strictly prohibited.
- Common Issues: Liner loosening → uneven wear; material buildup → localized rapid wear; impact from tramp iron → liner cracking.
