To withstand high-speed operation and extreme shock loads, every component is made from high-grade materials. The countershaft body is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered to 28‑32 HRC for strength and toughness. The bevel pinion and gear use 20CrMnTi carburizing steel with surface hardness 58‑62 HRC and a tough core. Bearings and bushings are precision‑machined bronze for stable support and heat dissipation.
