The eccentric bushing—also known as an eccentric sleeve or eccentric liner—is a core kinematic part of the cone crusher's drive system. Installed between the eccentric assembly and the main shaft, it converts the rotary motion transmitted by the drive shaft into the gyratory motion required by the moving cone, thereby enabling the crushing and comminution of material.
Installation method: Installed inside the eccentric steel sleeve via an interference fit and rotates on the main shaft.

1. What are the advantages of the material?
ZCuPb10Sn10 is a high-lead tin bronze; the lead phase provides solid lubrication and offers excellent resistance to seizing, making it suitable for heavy-load, high-impact operating conditions.
2. How do you distinguish between normal wear and a burnt bearing?
Uniform darkening of the inner wall = normal; localized blackening, scoring, return oil temperature above 60°C, or flaky copper debris = burned bushing — stop the machine immediately.
3. What is the difference between an eccentric bushing, an inner eccentric bushing, and an outer eccentric bushing?
The inner eccentric bushing fits between the main shaft and the eccentric sleeve bore; the outer fits between the eccentric sleeve and the frame's central sleeve. Together, they drive the mantle's gyratory motion.
