1The main functions of the eccentric bushing of the crusher include supporting and guiding the movement of the main shaft to ensure that the machine can perform crushing operations smoothly and effectively. Specifically, the eccentric bushing is installed on the main shaft. As the shaft rotates, the bushing and the body below have different degrees of friction. The force generated by this friction pushes the material in the crushing chamber to achieve precise crushing.
Eccentric bushing material (ZCuPb20Sn5 or other customized material): copper alloy-strong wear resistance, high pressure resistance, good corrosion resistance, excellent thermal conductivity, good shock absorption
Installation position: installed inside the eccentric, outside the main shaft
Installation method: installed inside the eccentric by interference fit
