Specifically, the countershaft assembly transmits the motor's power to the crushing cone through the main shaft, bearings, gears, and other components, thereby completing the ore crushing process.
Structural Design and Function
The cone crusher components countershaft assembly of a multi-cylinder cone crusher primarily consists of the main shaft, bearings, gears, and seals. Material Selection and Heat Treatment

After tempering heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC28-32, combining high strength and toughness. The gear part uses 20CrMnTi carburizing steel with a surface hardness of HRC58-62 and a core that maintains good toughness.
