1The main shaft assembly is the core load-bearing and motion transmission component of the GP series cone crusher, equivalent to the "heart" and "skeleton" of the entire machine. It transmits the rotational motion of the eccentric assembly to the crushing head assembly, generating the rotational motion required for crushing, while simultaneously bearing all crushing forces and transmitting them to the frame.
The gp crusher replacement parts main shaft and the head are installed together through interference fit. The bottom is equipped with a dust seal ring (made of phenolic cloth resin) and a lower thrust bearing, and the top is equipped with a protection bushing (made of alloy steel) suit to Metso cone crusher. At the top, a protection bushing (made of high-strength alloy steel) provides the bearing interface between the main shaft and the eccentric bushing, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact and maintaining proper oil film clearance.
