1The GP Series cone crusher frame is the main structural backbone of the crusher, designed to support all other components while withstanding extreme crushing forces. As the foundation of the entire equipment, the frame determines the crusher's stability, reliability, and service life.
GP series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is composed of upper frame, intermediate frame, lower frame, moving cone, eccentric assembly, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and so on. ONA produces frames strictly according to original drawings, ensuring stable quality and perfect interchangeability.
For GP Series and CH/CS Series frames, it is divided into 2 parts which are upper frame and lower frame for most models. However, S-series models (GP100S, GP200S, GP300S, GP500S) are divided into 3 parts: upper frame, intermediate frame, and lower frame.
Materials and Manufacturing Process
The GP series frames are made of high-quality alloy steel/cast steel, manufactured through precision casting and heat treatment processes. The specific process flow is as follows:
1. Precision Casting: Standardized molds are used for forming, and the core is coated with a special coating to ensure smooth casting surfaces and precise dimensions. The casting design is optimized to withstand higher rated power.
2. Strict Composition Control: Chemical composition of samples before, after, and in the as-cast state is analyzed using a spectrometer to ensure that the material meets 100% of design requirements.
3. Special Heat Treatment: A dedicated heat treatment process is used to eliminate casting internal stress, refine the grain structure, and significantly improve the fatigue strength and deformation resistance of the frame.
4. CNC Precision Machining: Key mating surfaces are CNC machined to ensure assembly accuracy and complete interchangeability with components such as eccentric assembly and main shaft.

ONA provides a full range of spare parts for its GP series cone crushers, from structural components and transmission parts to wear-resistant parts, covering models from GP100 to GP550 and the S series medium crushers. Products are manufactured strictly according to OEM drawings, undergoing precision casting, heat treatment, and CNC machining to ensure complete interchangeability with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Key components such as top bearings, lock nuts, air cooler, dust seals, and eccentric assemblies are also available as replacements.
