1The crusher part clmping ring assembly is a key fixing device for the cone crusher, including clmping rings, hydraulic ring clamping set, dust covers, and other accessories. It is mainly used to prevent the bowl assembly from rotating spontaneously due to vibration during crusher operation, ensuring stable discharge port dimensions and thus guaranteeing the crusher's working efficiency.
Suitable for HP100, HP200, HP300, HP400, HP500, HP4, HP6, and HP800 cone crushers.
Structural Design
Generally assembled from clamping ring, adjusting ring, and clamping cylinder. Both the clamping ring and adjusting ring have internal threads that connect to the external threads of the fixed cone. The clamping cylinder is located inside the adjusting ring; during pressurization, the locking ring is lifted, and the adjusting ring and fixed cone are tightened through the threads, achieving a secure fit.
