1The Adjustment ring is a key component of the crusher, precisely controlling the size of the discharge opening, ensuring a uniform and stable discharge size, and directly determining the specifications of the finished sand and gravel. It is mounted on the upper part of the main frame and screwed onto the bowl assembly via threads. Function: A hydraulic motor is mounted on the Adjustment ring. The rotation of the pinion on the hydraulic motor drives the large ring gear, which in turn drives the bowl assembly. This allows for adjustment of the discharge opening and removal of the bowl assembly for replacement of the bowl liner.

The main functions of the crusher's Adjustment ring include the following:
1. Adjustment the discharge opening: The Adjustment ring precisely adjusts the discharge opening by changing the gap between it and the fixed cone. Turning the Adjustment ring clockwise reduces the discharge opening, resulting in a smaller crushed material size. Conversely, turning the Adjustment ring counterclockwise increases the discharge opening, resulting in a larger material size.
2. Compensating for wear: Over extended operation, crusher components will wear and tear. The Adjustment ring compensates for this dimensional change by Adjustment the liner's position to compensate for wear, ensuring the discharge opening remains within the appropriate range, ensuring proper crusher operation and consistent product particle size.
3. Equipment Protection: The Adjustment ring also provides a degree of equipment protection. When the crusher encounters an unbreakable foreign object and overloads, the Adjustment ring can move to relieve some of the pressure, preventing damage to critical components caused by excessive pressure.
Installation and Securing: The Adjustment ring in the cone crusher installs and secures the concave liner. It provides a stable mounting base for the concave liner and securely fastens it to the crusher through a special structural design and connection method.
