1Working principle
When the cone crusher is working, the main shaft rotates, driving the eccentric bushing and head to move eccentrically, and the material is squeezed and crushed between the head and bowl. The wedge tightly fixes the liner so that the liner can withstand the impact and friction of the material, ensuring the shape and size of the crushing chamber are stable, thereby achieving efficient and stable crushing operations.
Structural design and features
Wedge design: Unique wedge shape fits closely with the liner and cone for reliable support and locking.
High‑strength bolt connection: Square head bolts pass through the wedge, firmly locking the liner and wedge against loosening.
Material and quantity: Made of high‑quality alloy steel, each crusher uses 6 wedge blocks.
Size and weight: Wedge size and weight vary by model; HP4 is the largest and heaviest, HP200 is the smallest and lightest.
