    Jun 26, 2025
    1. Mantle: The mantle is a stationary lining that goes around the main crushing chamber and is typically made of manganese steel.     2. Bowl Liner: The bowl liner is a curved and covered area on the top of the main frame where materials are crushed. It is also typically made of manganese steel.     3. Cone Crusher Main Shaft: The main shaft is the central rotating shaft that supports the mantle and moves in an eccentric motion during operation.     4. Eccentric Assembly: This assembly includes the eccentric, gear, and other components that help in providing the crushing action by moving the main shaft in an eccentric manner.     5. Adjustment Ring: The adjustment ring is a component that allows for the setting of the crusher's discharge opening, controlling the size of the crushed product.   6. Socket Liner: The socket liner is the part that supports the head of the crusher and helps in absorbing crushing shocks.   7. Countershaft Box: This box houses the countershaft assembly, which helps in transmitting power and motion to the main shaft and crushing head.   8. Aggregate Feed Hopper: The feed hopper is the part where the raw material is loaded into the crusher for crushing.   These parts play crucial roles in the operation and performance of Symons cone crusher parts, and they are designed to withstand high impact and wear conditions in crushing applications.   Symons parts typically refer to various components and parts used in Symons cone crushers, which are popular in the mining and aggregate industries for crushing applications. • What are crusher casting parts?
    Jun 19, 2025
Crusher casting parts are critical components of crushing equipment that experience wear and tear due to the abrasive nature of the materials being processed. These parts are designed to withstand the high-impact forces and friction that occur during the crushing process, ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of the crusher. Some common crusher wear parts include:   1. **Plate in Jaw**: These are fixed and movable plates that line the crushing chamber of a jaw crusher. They are subject to high impact and abrasive forces.   2. **Crusher Concave and Mantle**: Found in gyratory and cone crushers, these parts are crucial for crushing efficiency. Mantles are the stationary parts, while concaves are the moving components that crush the material.   3. **Blow Bars**: Typically used in impact crushers, blow bars are high-strength components that impact the material being processed.   4. **VSI Rotor Tips**: Found in vertical shaft impactors (VSI), rotor tips are essential for crushing efficiency and shaping the output material.   Proper maintenance and timely replacement of these wear parts are essential to ensure the crusher operates at optimal efficiency and reduces downtime. Wear parts are typically made from high-quality materials such as manganese steel, high-chrome steel, or other alloy compositions known for their durability and wear resistance.   Here are some parts of ONA’s primary crusher and secondry crusher: 1046590644 C140 JAW PLATE, MOVABLE 1046590660 C110 JAW, FIXED 1046590663 C125 JAW 1046590664 C125 JAW, FIXED 1048300039 HP400 BOWL LINER 1048314241 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314242 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314243 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314244 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314310 HP700 BOWL LINER 1048314344 HP800 BOWL LINER 1048314349 HP700 BOWL LINER 1048314356 HP800 BOWL LINER 1048314364 HP800 BOWL LINER 1048315118 OMNI1560 BOWL LINER 1048315144 OMNI1560 BOWL LINER 1048315201 MP800 BOWL LINER 1048315255 MP800 BOWL LINER 1048315475 MP1000 BOWL LINER 1050143800 HP700 MANTLE, UPPER 1050143810 HP800 MANTLE 1050143829 HP700 MANTLE, LOWER 1050143842 HP700 MANTLE 1050143849 HP800 MANTLE 1050143852 HP800 MANTLE 1050143900 MP800 MANTLE 1050143953 MP800 MANTLE 1050144089 MP1000 MANTLE 7021921221 NP1007 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7021921754 NP1213 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7021922012 NP1315 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7021922753 NP1110 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7055206753 OMNI937 BOWL LINER 7055207263 OMNI1352 BOWL LINER 7055207502 Z043 BOWL LINER 7055208000 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208001 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208002 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208003 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208519 HP500 BOWL LINER 7055208532 HP500 BOWL LINER 7055306754 OMNI937 MANTLE 7055307256 OMNI1352 MANTLE 7055307502 Z043 MANTLE 7055308121 HP100 MANTLE 7055308122 HP100 MANTLE 7055308388 HP400 MANTLE 7055308508 HP500 MANTLE 7055308509 HP500 MANTLE 7055308520 HP500 MANTLE 7062251250 NP1110 MANGANESE HAMMER L990 7062252506 NP1213 MANGANESE HAMMER L1285 7062252760 NP1315 MANGANESE HAMMER L1505 814317169500 GP11F MANTLE 814318675800 GP11M CONCAVE 814318836900 GP300S MANTLE 814318862000 GP300S CONCAVE, LOWER 814318862100 GP300S CONCAVE, UPPER 814318940300 GP300 MANTLE 814320037300 C100 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320037400 C100 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320042000 C125 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320042100 C100 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320042200 C100 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320042500 C63 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320042600 C63 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320042700 C125 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320043800 HC4000 MANTLE 814320044100 GP11F MANTLE 814328501200 C125 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814328546000 GP11F CONCAVE 814328546200 GP100S CONCAVE, LOWER 814328546300 GP100S CONCAVE, UPPER 814328561400 C125 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814328570600 GP100S CONCAVE, LOWER 814328598800 C140 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814328598900 C140 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814328770600 C140 JAW PLATE. • What are the parts of a crusher?
    Jun 12, 2025
Crushers are used in various industries to break down large rocks, concrete, metal, and other materials into smaller, more manageable pieces. While the specific parts of a crusher can vary depending on the type and manufacturer, here are some common components which suit to metso crusher models:   1. Feed Hopper: Which is the material to be crushed is loaded into the crusher.   2. Feeder: The feeder regulates the flow of material suit to the metso crusher wears.   3. Jaw Crusher or Gyratory Crusher:     Jaw Crusher: Composed of a set of vertical jaws, one jaw is kept stationary and is called a fixed jaw while the other jaw, called a swing jaw, moves back and forth relative to it by a cam or pitman mechanism.     Gyratory Crusher: Consists of a cone-shaped mantle and a bowl liner in an inverted conical arrangement.   4. Conveyor Belt: Transports the crushed material away from the crusher to be processed further or stored.   5. Vibrating Screen: Separates crushed material into different sizes based on particle size.   6. Crushing Chamber: Through the mantle and concave then the rocks are broken down into smaller pieces suit to the metso cone crusher parts.   7. Bearings: Used to support the rotating or moving parts of the crusher, reducing friction and allowing smooth operation.   8. Drive System: Provides the power necessary to rotate the crusher components.   9. Lubrication System: Ensures that the moving parts of the crusher are lubricated to prevent wear and tear.   10. Control Panel: Allows operators to control the crusher's operation and monitor its performance.   11. Dust Suppression System: Helps to control the spread of dust generated during the crushing process.   12. Wear Parts:     Jaw Plates/Concaves/Mantles: These are consumable components that need to be periodically replaced as they wear down during the crushing process.     Blow Bars: Found in impact crushers, these are high-wear parts that are often replaced to maintain efficient crushing.   Here are some wear part numbers of popular models that ONA can provide:   1046590644 C140 JAW PLATE, MOVABLE 1046590660 C110 JAW, FIXED 1046590663 C125 JAW 1046590664 C125 JAW, FIXED 1048300039 HP400 BOWL LINER 1048314241 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314242 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314243 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314244 HP500 BOWL LINER 1048314310 HP700 BOWL LINER 1048314344 HP800 BOWL LINER 1048314349 HP700 BOWL LINER 1048314356 HP800 BOWL LINER 1048314364 HP800 BOWL LINER 1048315118 OMNI1560 BOWL LINER 1048315144 OMNI1560 BOWL LINER 1048315201 MP800 BOWL LINER 1048315255 MP800 BOWL LINER 1048315475 MP1000 BOWL LINER 1050143800 HP700 MANTLE, UPPER 1050143810 HP800 MANTLE 1050143829 HP700 MANTLE, LOWER 1050143842 HP700 MANTLE 1050143849 HP800 MANTLE 1050143852 HP800 MANTLE 1050143900 MP800 MANTLE 1050143953 MP800 MANTLE 1050144089 MP1000 MANTLE 7021921221 NP1007 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7021921754 NP1213 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7021922012 NP1315 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7021922753 NP1110 BREAKER PLATE LINER 7055206753 OMNI937 BOWL LINER 7055207263 OMNI1352 BOWL LINER 7055207502 Z043 BOWL LINER 7055208000 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208001 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208002 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208003 HP100 BOWL LINER 7055208519 HP500 BOWL LINER 7055208532 HP500 BOWL LINER 7055306754 OMNI937 MANTLE 7055307256 OMNI1352 MANTLE 7055307502 Z043 MANTLE 7055308121 HP100 MANTLE 7055308122 HP100 MANTLE 7055308388 HP400 MANTLE 7055308508 HP500 MANTLE 7055308509 HP500 MANTLE 7055308520 HP500 MANTLE 7062251250 NP1110 MANGANESE HAMMER L990 7062252506 NP1213 MANGANESE HAMMER L1285 7062252760 NP1315 MANGANESE HAMMER L1505 814317169500 GP11F MANTLE 814318675800 GP11M CONCAVE 814318836900 GP300S MANTLE 814318862000 GP300S CONCAVE, LOWER 814318862100 GP300S CONCAVE, UPPER 814318940300 GP300 MANTLE 814320037300 C100 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320037400 C100 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320042000 C125 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320042100 C100 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320042200 C100 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320042500 C63 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814320042600 C63 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320042700 C125 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814320043800 HC4000 MANTLE 814320044100 GP11F MANTLE 814328501200 C125 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814328546000 GP11F CONCAVE 814328546200 GP100S CONCAVE, LOWER 814328546300 GP100S CONCAVE, UPPER 814328561400 C125 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814328570600 GP100S CONCAVE, LOWER 814328598800 C140 JAW PLATE, MOVING 814328598900 C140 JAW PLATE, FIXED 814328770600 C140 JAW PLATE. • What are crusher wear parts?
    Jun 05, 2025
Crusher is indispensable in many industrial fields such as mining, construction aggregate production, and garbage disposal. However, as the crusher continues to operate, a type of parts will gradually wear out, which are the crusher wear parts. So, what are the crusher wear parts? What are their characteristics and importance?   Definition of crusher wear parts   Crusher wear parts refer to parts that are in direct contact with the material during the operation of the crusher and gradually wear out over time due to friction, impact, extrusion and other forces. Every time these parts come into contact with the material, they will suffer a certain degree of wear until they are worn to the point that they cannot meet the requirements of the crushing work and need to be replaced.   Common types of crusher wear parts   1. Crushing chamber parts - Jaw plate: The core jaw crusher wear parts are divided into movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate. During the crushing process, the material is crushed by extrusion and bending between the two jaw plates. Due to the different hardness and shapes of the materials, the surface of the jaw plate will be constantly subjected to friction and impact, resulting in gradual wear of the surface and the appearance of grooves and depressions. - Impact plate: In the impact crusher, the impact plate is responsible for re-crushing the materials that are hit and rebounded by the plate hammer and controlling the particle size of the materials. It is subjected to high-speed impact and friction of the materials for a long time, and the wear is more serious, especially in the areas where it frequently contacts the materials, the wear rate is faster. 2. Rotating parts - Plate hammer: The key vulnerable parts of the impact crusher and hammer crusher. The plate hammer rotates at high speed to hit the materials to break them. When working, the plate hammer not only has to withstand huge impact force, but also has to overcome the friction resistance of the materials, so the wear is very severe. The wear of the plate hammer usually starts from the edge and gradually expands to the inside. When it is worn to a certain extent, its crushing efficiency and effect will be greatly reduced. - Hammer head: The hammer crusher wear part , its function is similar to that of the plate hammer. During the crushing process, the hammer head directly collides with the material and is subjected to great impact and wear. The wear conditions of hammer heads of different materials and structures are also different. For example, the hammer head made of high manganese steel will produce work hardening after impact, which improves wear resistance, but as the use time increases, wear, breakage and other problems will still occur. 3. Other parts - Liner: In cone crushers, ball mills and other equipment, the liner is used to protect the crusher cavity and reduce the direct wear of the material on the inner wall of the equipment. There is relative sliding and friction between it and the material. After working for a long time, the surface of the liner will gradually wear and become thinner, lose its protective effect, and need to be replaced in time. -Screen plate: Some crushers are equipped with screen plates to control the particle size of the material after crushing. There are many screen holes on the screen plate, and the material is discharged through the screen holes. In this process, the screen plate will be rubbed and impacted by the material, and the screen holes may become larger and deformed, resulting in poor screening effect, thus affecting the entire crushing process.   Although crusher wear parts are only a part of the crusher, they play a vital role in the entire crushing process. The relevant knowledge of the wear parts of the crusher is of great significance to ensure the continuous operation of the crusher, improve production efficiency and reduce costs. In actual production, more attention should be paid to the selection, use and maintenance of wear parts, and more effective wear-resistant technology and management methods should be continuously improved to cope with the loss caused by wear parts and maximize economic benefits.

  • What is the difference between 45# steel and Q235 steel?
    Jun 05, 2025
Bolts and nuts are available in various materials, each with distinct properties and applications. ONA always use 35#/45# steel, which 8.8 grade. If customers need 10.9 grade, we can customized too. Some customers ask what's the difference of material 35#/45# steel and Q235, Q335?   Difference between 35#/45# steel and Q235 steel?  Characteristic 35#/45# steel (medium carbon steel) Q235 steel (low carbon steel) Carbon Content The carbon content of 35# steel is about 0.35%, and the carbon content of 45# steel is about 0.45%. Carbon content less than 0.22% Strength High strength, tensile strength ≥600MPa, yield strength ≥355MPa The strength is relatively low, with a tensile strength of 370-500MPa and a yield strength of about 235MPa Hardness The hardness is relatively high. Before heat treatment, the hardness is lower than HRC28. After quenching and tempering, the hardness can reach HRC22-HRC33 Low hardness, less than HRC20 Welding Performance Poor welding performance, prone to cracks Good welding performance, suitable for welding structural parts Processing Performance The processing is difficult and suitable for manufacturing high-strength mechanical parts. Easy to process, suitable for cold working and welding operations Heat Treatment Frequent heat treatments such as quenching and tempering to improve hardness and wear resistance Generally no heat treatment is performed and the heat treatment effect is not obvious Usage Used to manufacture high-strength mechanical parts such as shafts, gears, couplings, etc. Used to manufacture welded structural parts such as steel structures, brackets, fences, platforms, etc.   Difference between Q235 steel and Q345 steel?  Characteristic Q235 Steel Q345 Steel Carbon Content Carbon content less than 0.22% Carbon content <0.20% Strength Yield strength 235MPa, tensile strength 370-500MPa Yield strength 345MPa, tensile strength ≥470MPa Hardness Lower hardness, better plasticity Higher hardness and high strength Welding Performance Good welding performance, suitable for welding structural parts The welding performance is better, but not as good as Q235 Processing Performance Easy to process, suitable for cold working and welding operations Good processing properties, but higher strength Usage Used for general structural parts, buildings, bridges, etc. Used for structural parts and machinery manufacturing that require higher strength Price Lower price The price is slightly higher, but it saves 15%-20% of steel compared to Q235   ONA is also processed stone crusher part according to the original factory drawings and materials, and the crusher wear part product quality is strictly controlled. Don't worry, if other materials and requirements are needed, we will provide professional suggestions, and after the customer's consideration, we will produce according to the customer's requirements.

  • What is the correct way to replace the main frame seat liner in cone crusher?
    May 29, 2025
In the use of cone crushers, wear parts often need to be replaced due to damage. Today we will introduce how to correctly replace the stone crusher parts name main frame seat liner.   Many customers report that the parts of crusher machine main frame seat liner is difficult to weld on the main frame. This is mainly because they do not master the welding process. Pay attention to the following points:   1. Thoroughly clean the welding position.   2. Heat the main frame to 100 degrees before welding, and the cone crusher parts name main frame seat liner also needs to be baked to about 40-50 degrees.   3. Weld from the middle to both sides.   4. Keep warm for 1 hour after welding.   In China, the welding rod we usually use is T237 3.2mm. The following are the main parameters of the welding rod.   Aluminum-manganese bronze is a copper alloy electrode with a welding core and a low-hydrogen coating. The deposited metal contains alloys such as Al 6.5-10%, Mn≤2.0%, Cu<90%, etc., with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. A DC power supply is used, and the electrode is connected to the positive electrode. It is used for welding aluminum bronze and other copper alloys, copper alloys and steel, and repairing cast iron. Such as welding of various chemical machinery, seawater radiators, valves, surfacing welding of water pumps, cylinders, etc. and repairing of ship propellers. Before welding, the electrode needs to be baked at about 200℃ for 1h. The moisture, oil, oxides and other impurities on the surface of the weldment must be cleaned. For welding aluminum bronze and surfacing welding of carbon steel, thin parts do not need to be preheated, and thick parts must be preheated at about 200℃.

  • What material is used in cone crusher liners?
    May 22, 2025
Choosing the right cone crusher liner requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors. How to choose crusher concave and mantle?   1. Choose according to the crusher part number Different types of cone crushers need to match specific bowl liner and mantle. For example, Metso crushers have multiple series such as MP, HP, GP, etc., and liners of different series cannot be mixed.   2. Consider the liner material The material of the cone crusher wear part liner directly affects its wear resistance and service life. Common liner materials include: High manganese steel: It has high wear resistance and impact resistance, and is suitable for processing materials with higher hardness, such as limestone and granite. In common MN13, MN18 and MN22. Modified high manganese steel: Improves wear resistance by adding alloy elements, suitable for materials with medium hardness. Chromium cast iron: High hardness, good wear resistance, but poor toughness, suitable for materials with high hardness and high abrasiveness. Such as Cr26.   When choosing the liner material, the more wear-resistant the better, it is not necessarily the better. It needs to be matched according to the hardness and crushing requirements of the material.   3. Select according to the crushing cavity type The cavity design of the crusher wear liner determines the crushing effect and efficiency of the crusher. Common cavity types include standard type, medium crushing type and fine crushing type: Standard type: Suitable for coarse crushing, with a larger crushing cavity, suitable for processing large pieces of material. Medium crushing and fine crushing type: Suitable for medium and fine crushing, with a smaller crushing cavity, which can control the particle size distribution of the material. For Each models, there are different cavity type liners such as STD, F, SH, part number or drawings are the only information to confirm the correct one. If you have part number of bowl liner, we can according it to suggest mantle.   4. Consider the service life and replacement cost of the cone crusher wear parts liner Using life: Appropriate liner material and design can extend the service life of the liner and reduce the frequency of replacement. Replacement time: When the liner thickness wear reaches 65% to 80%, or there is local depression, deformation and cracking, it should be replaced in time.   ONA will provide professional suggestions for choose correct liners, installing and using tips.
